Friendly and helpful staff who always have a smile on their face. the room is modern and practical, and the bathroom is fairly clean. 🌟

Location: the hotel was just next door to the train station as well as downtown. The room was compact & practical with balcony and bunk beds and all the basics. The staff were very very nice lot of time.

The hotel is modern, and our room was compact but greatly enjoyable. The property is in a convenient location, close to a convenience store, the bus stop, and other places in Zermatt. It's also just a 10-15 minute walk from Othmars Hutte, where we enjoyed a meal once or twice.

Enjoyed hiking, skiing, and cycling, but wish I had learned how to do all three simultaneously. Museum was fascinating, but had to resist the urge to take the Matterhorn home with me.

Couldn't rent a helicopter to fly to the hotel. Too bad, it would have made for an interesting landing on the roof.

The bunk beds in the rooms have a design flaw, making it uncomfortable and difficult to climb up to the top bed.

The room I stayed in had a lovely balcony with breathtaking mountain views. It made me feel like I was right in the heart of nature, which I absolutely loved. As a nature enthusiast, this was a major bonus for me.

Although some people might enjoy it, personally, I found the river views from the double room to be a bit underwhelming. It didn't quite meet my expectations based on the stunning mountain views I had seen from other rooms.
